About Bill Lowe
Bill has been a full-time fly fishing instructor and guide for the past 18 years, runs the Sage Fly Fishing Schools for California, and is FFF Certified in both single and two handed casting techniques. Bill has a unique ability to communicate, both orally and visually, and convey the ideas of casting in a fun and non-intimidating way....just as fishing should be!
Bill, and his wife Michelle, live in Fair Oaks, a mile and a half from the American River, where they spend their spare time chasing winter-run steelhead, stripers, shad, and trout.
